Born and raised in Durango, Kayden is a fourth generation Durangoan. Kayden graduated from Durango High School and attended Fort Lewis College where he received a Bachelor’s in Business. As a young child, Kayden lived in Southern California where his father, Cole, played professional baseball for the San Diego Padres. When his family returned home to Durango, Kayden grew up on his grandparents’ cattle ranch just south of Lemon Dam where he learned the principles of hard work and determination.

Neil has been selling Real Estate in the Lowcountry for over 22 years. He has prior experience as a broker in charge for a top producing real estate company and continues to lead in his role as an agent at Charter One Realty servicing the Hilton Head Island, Bluffton and Okatie markets. As Broker in Charge, his company secured the President’s Cup in 2011 and in 2012 he was voted Realtor of the Year by the members of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors. Neil is originally from Washingtonville, New York. In 1998 after graduating from SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, Neil moved to Hilton Head Island to run the Food and Beverage segment at Marriott Vacation Club. In his free time, Neil is an avid boater and has his USCG Captains License. He and his wife Kimmie (and Dog Yoda) love to visit the sandbar, Daufuskie, Bluffton, Savannah, Beaufort and several local area restaurants by boat.
